Booking:
At the time of booking we ask for a down payment of the 30% of the vacation period’s total amount. Accepted payment methods: paypal and bank transfer. The balance is paid by cash at the check-in.

Only animals of small size are allowed after approval by the owner.

About the property:
Breakfast, air conditioning, hair dryer, fridge, towel change every 2/3 days, bed sheets change every week for long period stay. The municipality of the village provides free bikes.
Cancellation:
Total refund (except 10% for bank charges) if you cancel 21days before the arrival. 50% refund if for cancellation till the 7th day before the arrival. No refund if you cancel 7 days before the arrival.
